no feeling any physical effects

dont know why does that come with practice .............do some people just not feel it ........how much practice is enough
i know alot of questions but ive come into this with and open mind and havent felt many effects yet so just asking

Doses work for most people. do all these things and it's unlikely not to work:
- Lie still on your bed.
Use good headphones, preferably sennheiser.
Close your eyes.
Concentrate on the sounds.
Don't get up or move around during the dose, wait till the end.
Not all doses work on everyone, for me opium and anesthesia have had the greatest effecr so far.
