I've realized when listening to the beats of a dose, that you can hear and pay attention to them in two different ways. One way is to listen to the sounds as one beat mixed together in both ears. Or, you can also try and synchronize the beats you hear in each ear, and listen to them back and forth.

Should you listen to them a certain way or does it not matter?

switching your focus from one to the other is alot trippier.
