I just tried the free Content and Alcohol doses it comes with. I haven't yet tried the ones they give you when you sign up. They didn't do anything. What do I do?

You may have to do what I did.
Just try doing the "brain blitz" technique. Just play the doses over and over all day for a few days until your brain gets used to the frequencies, then from then on you should be able to listen to any dose and feel effects from the dose (although you may have to practice with new doses a couple times to achieve full effects)
Also, what headphones/earbuds are you using? You need to make sure it can reproduce the frequencies...

Right now I'm using Sony earbuds. Before I was using HP headphones that seem to be pretty good quality. I don't know exact specs but they're not just crappy dollar store headphones.

I personally think that earbuds would work better than headphones cause they are right inside your ear, giving off vibrations and noise DIRECTLY into your ears.

i agree with Unkown since i have the HP-233 headphones adn i tried them out for a couple doses and barely got anything then, i tried the earphones that came with my MP3 player (Sandisk) and i got more effects out of the earphones then the headphones... but the headphones were comfy
