My first few doses..

I've been doing I-dosers for about 4 days now.. nuking my brain as much as possible with them.

The first real dose that hit me the slightest bit was Opium.
I got most of the way through it, and at about 95% my mind was drifting elsewhere, and drifted back onto the music and a huge tingle / euphoric feeling hit the middle of my chest and shot quickly through my entire body, but this only lasted about 3 seconds.

Last night i did the LSD dose and then decided to fall asleep with Lucid Dreams thinking.. maybe if i can't get it to work while awake and in the meditation state, I can get it to work in my dreams.

And boy did it.

I thought my dream was real life.. Not realizing that i was going between two scenes.
I started out in a van looking through the windows at nothingness, and then I was in my bedroom.
I had been hearing a traintrack like noise from the Lucid Dreams in my head the whole time, but a demonic laughter started to follow.
I took out my earphones (In my dream i suppose..) and started to stumble around. The laughter continued.
I tried to stumble into my brothers room to wake him up, but couldn't.
i stood at his bedside trying to form the words LSD, but for some reason couldn't open my mouth.
It felt like i was immensely fucked up and my head was in pure clouds of a drug I've never experienced(I'm very experienced with most common drugs..) I went back to my room knocking things over in my path just trying to form words or anything, but the laughter kept coming at me every 3-5 minutes.
For a split second i was snapped back into reality and undid my headphones.
I was panicking.
I had only been asleep for 1 hour (4;30-5;30) and had my lucid dreaming on repeat.
I wrote down my experience to my friend to help remember it the next day, and checked my headphones several times.
There was a SLIGHT traintrack noise, but no demonic laughter.
I was too scared to go back to sleep for a good 30 minutes.

I decided I would take a Bufo)Toad dose.. since i knew i was too rattled to go back to sleep.
I listened to a reset to calm back down and started my dose.
I don't remember much through it.. but at the end things in my room seemed to light up light blue a little, and I could faintly hear water from everything for 3 minutes after the dose.
Nothing big, but I was excited because I was finally getting some effects.

I've been dosing my head all day mainly with white crosses, just to get my brain used to the waves.
About an hour ago I layed down putting I'm so in love with you by basshunter on repeat on windows media player at half volume, and White crosses at full volume on winamp

I was in perfect relaxation the whole time while laying down.
It felt hard to move.. a heavy feeling.
25ish% through the track it felt like a tingle in my nose, and i kept trying to monitor my breathing and letting this tingle move throughout my body.
A few times my lets would go numb for split seconds, and I would think about it and they would go away.
At the end of the track my whole body felt weighted down and still a little numb.
I got up and it was all gone. I feel a little open now and it's easy to talk and think.

Has anyone had similar effects from any of these?

And can anyone think of ways to improve the doses that I've been having?

I try my best when listening to follow the instructions.. be comfortable etc.
I have a good history of being able to calm myself to sleep.
I can enter a stage which feels like my body is lying there weighted down, but I know i'm awake..
and i try to let the music go travel through my body in waves.
My mind ventures from time to time, but it's improving

Aww man, I wish I could get Lucid Dream to work. I am intrigued on controlling my own dreams :(

White Crosses gave me an opposite feeling when it comes to my body, for most of it I felt weighted down then when the white noise came in it felt uplifted and really light.

oh... the deeper the trance like state you can get to the more intense it will be. thoughtless awareness helps too. it all depends on how receptive and how sensitive you are to the effects. listening to it a lot sorta helped me to sensitize even more. I'm just making an educated guess, but the synapses that react to the dose need repetitive action to trigger more efficiently. I'm guessing the more focused you are, or the more entranced you get the easier it is to feel the dose... probably already been said, but I haven't been on the forums for long so work with me.
