This one was really cool. I didn't even fall asleep with it playing, but I remember about 4 different dreams I had overnight. I didn't have control over them, but it's the first time I've remembered so many details about so many dreams in a very long time.

Thant's definatly sweet. I've tried the lucid dream dose once and woke up with perfect memories of that nights dreams. However, true lucid dreams beat the fuck out of any drug experience. I have had one lucid dream in my life, and it wasnt from iDoser. It just naturally happened. I was just having a regular old dream and then for some reason I realized that I was dreaming! I had absolute 100% control over it. It was crazy. My theory on lucid dreaming is that the only way you can realize that your dreaming and have control over it, is if your on the verge of awakening. This is really bad for me, because its usually about noon when im on the verge of awakening. And my house is pretty loud by then. So my lucid dream lasted maybe 5 minutes before i prematurly awoke. i was really dissapointed that i had to wake up:(
Try these lucid dreaming tips. They sound really really lame but they do work.

The best way to get in the habit of daily lucid dreaming, is to establish "checks" , or habits that let you know you're not in a dream. If for instance throughout the day you ask yourself, "Am I dreaming?" Then try ti change the color of your carpet with your thoughts, if you can't, you're not dreaming (Probably) It will pay off when you're in a dream and suddenly you're warping the dreamscape.

Yup. If you want to (almost) guarantee a lucid dream, start practing the WILD technique or one of it's variations (no i-doser needed). B6 definately helps with the WILD technique, i bought 250 100mg tablets (normal release, not time release) from walmart for $2. I take them right before bed and wake up about 5 hours later, get a drink and go back to sleep while doing WILD. Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge is possibly one of the most helpful books i've ever read.
