I've Tried
Cocaine
Gamma
HandOfGod
Marijuana
Opium
Peyote
QuickHappy
Noting seems to work, I might have been imagining it but Gamma may have had a very weak effect, but still I can't seem to feel anything.
I am using some very big headphones, and I've done it with my eyes closed on my desk chair, or maybe sitting on my lounge.

Lay down on your bed (not in it, but on top of), eyes closed, lights off, phones out of room, headphones on, and listen and start counting from 1 to 100 backwards. Keep counting backwards until the dose is over.

I am gonna post in this thread instead of making a thread.
I have been mainly listening to A-BOMB. The first few times, I have had no problems, a nice, heart-racing and spinning feeling. Now, a few times, I have tried A-BOMB and I find myself getting nice and comfortable, starting the dose, and listening while cuunting from 1 to 100 backwards, breathing a nice and steady and calm rate, but my mind will wonder. It has even come to the point where my mind will go off to what seems like seconds, but minutes has passed and I just get frustrated and I turn off my iPod and go to bed, wasting night and after of wanting to get back into I-Doser, but I just can't seem to get a hold of it. I have tried reading the "how to get doses working 100%" but nothing. What should I do or start with?

hmm ok.
I tried trip, and I sort of felt like I had antithetic or something for a while during the middle of the dose, but as soon as the beats went from ___ to - - - - it stoped.
I did it again later and nothing happened
btw just some info
I'm using the intergrated audio in my motherboard (Realtek HD Audio) connected to my 5.1 speakers (logitech x-530) and my headphones are plugged into the port on my front speaker
my headphones:

I have no effect with idoser too.
In your case, maybe are the headphones, because your headphones are noise-canceling.

dont give up, just keep trying them. I've tried roughly 20 times and have had 2 minor effects. Other people's experiences push me to keep trying because some experiences sound so fricken amazing.

I tried plugging it directly into my pc, but I had no success either
It would be good if any I-Doser staff have anything to say about this

Make sure your sound settings are set to stereo, turn hardware acceleration off, don't think about what kind of effects the dose will have, don't be pessimistic and think it will have no effects, be comfortable, and keep focused on the dose. Some people have given good ideas on focusing on the dose, such as repeating "concentrate," making visuals in your mind with the beats, or counting.

It's just I kind of get impatient and start thinking "this obviously isn't working, when does this dose end, I'm bored!"

Then there is your problem. Just relax, let the dose go through you, make sure your mind is clear, and the effects will come.
