clean install on winxp. any ideas?

haRRRisteaz, please stop requesting links to version 4. It is not released yet, and it will be a closed beta. Please PM with with your specs and an error report if you would like to be put on the beta when it is released, otherwise please stop asking in the forums.

I also get this error. "failed to load control 'ctrl_SkinableForm' from . Your version may be outdated."

i was in vista, so i formatted and reinstalled xp, and still the same error.. suggestions?
