look at it this way you do something and the next day your really sore make one that either takes your mind away from it or helps sooth it
Here's a good tip i used during football season for the past 3 years...just excercise more. It's an extreme buildup of lactic acid, so each time your excercise again less stops getting built up and you get less sore...or something along those lines. I'm not saying its a bad idea for a dose, but it probably wouldnt work that well and excercising would be easier then programming your brain for a whole new dose.
