Well I Fell asleep at about 90% listening to it.

It's just like normal sleeping. If you're a heavy sleeper it would be longer for instance. I fell asleep at 35% of the dose though, as i'm not a heavy sleeper any sudden change in atmosphere will awake me, i woke up at like 99% when it started to fade...
