Ritalin

Ritalin is the most effective medicine against ADD, which characterizes as a disorder that affects how brainwaves flow in the prefrontal cortex area. These brainwaves act excessively slower than normally, causing its defining symptoms: lack of focus, patience, self-control, etc.
The Ritalin i-doser drug would help people with ADD all over the world; by quickening those brainwaves, users would be able to focus better and do whatever things they have to do and had difficulty to because of their ADD.
As a bonus, ritalin could act as a psycho-active drug to people who don't really need it as a medicine (which is true in real ritalin). If this is possible, of course.
