yeah just make sure the noise cancelling is off when u dose.

i thought that you want the noise canceling on so it blocks out the sound so that you don't get distracted.

yeah, but if there IS noise there to get distracted, you are dosing very incorrectly
and the noise cancelling on most non 350 dollar dose headphones produces and audible sound which can mess with idoser frequencies

oooooo ok. But how do i know if the headphones have like a switch to turn the noise cancelation off and on.
Also, so that means that i dont need to buy noise cancelation headphones?
Just good quality ones? If anyone reads this can you please find some good headphones for me on target.com? Thanks
P.S. sorry but it HAS to be on target.com cause my parents won't let me use their credit card anymore and so i bought a gift card to target and since you can use those online that is how i'm going to buy them.
so please help me out here i want to get the best working ones with idoser for my money
