Ever since i was a kid dreams have fascinated me and i can nearly allways remember my dreams (especially nightmares lol), I've only had a Lucid Dream once, but i was about 8 and didnt realy know what was happening so i just bounced up and down aimlessly around a maze with these dinosaur creatures there.

Am i on the verge of Lucidity? I've tried all the traditional methods, can you give me some tips on how to do it?

I've gone throught he LD4ALL.com tutorial but ive had no results except remembering my dreams even more accurately than before. I've had a couple of natural Lucid dreams in my lifetime its just i never knew what they were then and didnt do much in them except wake myself up or bounce up and down really high.
I also nearly got an OBE last night cos i had one of those 'jolts' you get when you snap back in your body, although this was more intense and stronger! It happened when i was using the WILD counting method...
