ok, im trying the lsd sound one and nothing is happening any help please?

well first, be more descriptive. Second, if you pirated them they won't work. Third, LSD is advanced you need to practice

Try lying down, concentrating on the dose, meditating a bit before the dose (breathing excersizes help). I also like counting down during the dose, in my mind and not allowing it to cloud my concentration on the beat. Be sure there are no distractions, you are comfortable, etc. Ummm... also dont get excited if you do feel any effects, that usually makes them go away.
