i am new to i-doser. ive been using for about a month. I was wondering if there is a really easy way to focus on it because i always start to remember music. Any ideas? I also tried counting down from 100 and it didn't exactly work. But i guess it would help if i didn't start out with the really strong.

read my post in the 100% sticky at the end. If you dont want to I will summarize. Use the methods you have been talking about, but practice. Dont let your mind wander, when it does bring it back. Eventually you will stop thinking about things during doses. Trust me, I was the same way.

I was told by somebody that you just have to have a clear/open mind, and not think about anything...which is easy for me to do, hahaa. [i haven't tried any doses yet though, hopefully will today].

Use the visualizations that are built-in. Make them fullscreen and sit a foot or two away. They give you something to concentrate on.

um.... will having music in the background while doing a dose affect it? It gives you something to focus on and doesn't exactly tamper with the dose?

It may because the frequencies of the music could mess with the frequencies of the tones.

I find it easiest to concentrate on the i-dose at the end of the day after I get off of work. Since I'm already so burned out it makes it easier to think about nothing and just concentrate on the beats.
