New to I-doser, and of course sceptical!

hey there.
I read about this online, and of course feel quite sceptical that i'd be able to achieve a drug-like state without actually consuming any chemicals!!
I've downloaded the application, and would like to give the samples a go!
Is the "content" sample an MDMA-like empathetic "dose"?
I'd rather choose the sample that will be most noticeable, and hence encourage me onwards!!
I also have some smaller questions. Noticed some of you were talking about building up to bigger doses.... what exactly does that mean? Couldn't i just take a "big dose" initially, or does it need to be done on a progressive scale!!
Also, if i were to purchase a "dose" can i use it again and again? Or is it a "one play only" kind of system!
Finally, for the best effects, will i need to be in the dark, with eyes closed, etc. Perhaps later tonight when it gets dark i can lie down and just listen through the headphones for 20 minutes (thats how long the files are, right?). Or could i just listen to the "dose" whilst still talking on MSN, etc.
This does seem to be quite a confusing system running here, i guess i'd be looking for the closest "dose" that resembles Coke or E / MDMA. Could anyone make any suggestions.
Noticed you also seem to say some doses are more powerful than others. I'm not so synical that i'll doubt you on that, and therefore would like to know what the risks would be in taking a high dose, if any.
I once tried an hour long hypnosis MP3, which had no effect and merely left me restless for the hour and annoyed at the guy's amazingly dull and monotone voice!!
Thanks!!
Look forward to trying this out, seems like a very interesting concept.
Heard the other day that music stimulated the release of serotonin in the brain (MDMA manipulates the serotone receptors/release in the brain) so does this i-doser work on a similar principal?
And finally, is this entirely legal. Although it seems amazingly innocent being it jsut sounds, there aren't any underlying laws relating to this type of "stimulation" are there?
