How does it work? does it simulate adrenaline or make the brain release it? And how does it differ from all the other doses like coke and speed?

Certain beats can stimulate production of certain chemicals such as serotonin, enkephalins, etc.

Maybe they can be used to stimulate certain glands =P

Alpha-theta brainwave training and beta-endorphin levels in alcoholics.
Maybe some of the chemical changes are indirect. Like the binuaral beats might relax you so it might reduce or increase something because you are more relaxed =P
If some binaural beats made you feel scared it might release adrenaline. But thats not what the adrenaline dose does, right? XD
