It'd be different for everyone. You have to actually try if your working on getting a lucid dream... If you expect to listen to it and magically have one then you shouldn't be trying to LD. Try keeping a dream journal and really putting your mind to realizing your in a dream the next time you fall asleep. Sorry if this came off as a rant, im just sayin you gotta put effort into it. I've heard the dose just makes dreams more vivid, which ends up helping you realize your dreaming. B6 does the same thing usually.

Well, i did have really a really vivid dream about me and some chick i dont even know at my school and i dont really remember anything except that, so...

You have hundreds of dreams every night, you just don't remember them. Try taking some B6 right before bed, the dream will be more vivid so they should be easier to remember.

Haha, you know what I meant. And I think it's more like 9 or 10. About 1 every 45 minutes, but sometimes even 15-20... It depends how long you sleep and how many different cycles you go through.
