Since it seems like there's new topics every day asking if these headphones work or those headphones work, I figured I'd clear this up.

- Any STEREO earphones/headphones with a range of 100 Hz to 1 kHz are fine. Basically this means ANY STEREO headphones are fine because most have a range of 20 Hz - 20 kHz, the only ones I can think of that don't are skullcandy's, which have a range of 100 Hz to 20 kHz, and even then they're still fine. So instead of asking if they'll work, just try to find the ones you like the most that have somewhat good sound quality (google is your friend on that one).

thanks man. so my sony mdr-v150 headphone works fine. 16 hz - 22 khz.

and yea, the sound quality is so much better than the ipod shuffle earphones.

now i just have to master the "mindset of success"

Do it. What I do is kind of the opposite, when I feel anything I tell myself it's placebo and I'm totally fine, and eventually it gets so strong that I just have to say "it's the dose".
