Anyone who wants to get into lucid dreaming should definitely have this book - it's a must-read for all LDers, expert or beginner. It's called Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming and it's by Steven LaBerge.

It's not exactly quick reading, but it's very informative and it's written by one of the pioneers of the lucid dreaming field. Another book that helps "prepare" for lucid dreaming (some visualization techniques that are different than LaBerge's and more info on dreams) is Teach Yourself to Dream by David Fontana.

Definitely buy both of these books if you want to unlock an entirely new world with endless possibilities. And on a side note - the book by David Fontana would be good for all "doser's" because it has many step-by-step instructions for different visualization techniques and you can refine and adapt these techniques for listening to binaural beats.
