What do you think about Sennheiser CX300,CX400 or CX500? Planning to back to I-doser if I buy new earphones.

I was wondering if Beats by Dre Studio headphones work? I'm not sure because of the amplified bass or does that not effect the I-Dose ? The specs for them say;

Drivers: 40mm
Frequency response: 20Hz-20KHz
Sensitivity: 110dB
Maximum Output: 115dB
Total Harmonic Distortion: Less than 1.5% at 1kHz out 1mW
Active Noise Reduction: -14dB (at maximum)
Rated Wattage (L + R): 60mW
Weight: 270 grams (250 without batteries)
Connector: 1/8" (3.5mm) stereo mini-plug, gold-plated
Cable Length: 1.3 meters

Thank you in advance! :)

I've had luck with headphones ranging from the crappy iPod ones to Bose and Sony ones worth $100 easily. But obviously, the more expensive ones worked better

I bought these 15$ headphones from a store. they make music sound llike crap but they work way better for me then my 80$ sonys. My sonys do have "enhanced audio" which probably interfears with idoser. just a thought for everyone. the best headphones you can probably get for idosing is monitor headphones. monitor headphones give you exactly what the audio is. nothing added. and they have a massive hz range.

I was also wondering if these are good, I would hate to have to buy another pair because my 300 Dollar headphones don't work.

I'm new around here and I tried a couple of doses some times and I only felt something while listening to lucid dream, but only once. I believe that's probably the concentration but I also think it's about the headphones.

I am thinking in buying some nice headphones and trying my luck. for the money I have I am thinking to buy a skullcandy crusher headphone. Because they said that I gives a boost the the bassy tones and since i believe that's where the binaurals work it makes me think as a good choice. So what do you guys say about it? I have no experience from it so that's why Im asking for help.

here are the specs:
Speaker Diameter: 30mm
Magnet Type: NdFeB
Vibration Speaker: 30mm
Magnet Type: Neodymium
Frequency Response: 20-20k Hz
Impedance: 32 ohms
Max Input Power
Cable Type: PVC
Cable Length: 1.5m
Plug Type: 3.5mm Gold Plated

Here is the site: http://eu.skullcandy.com/shop/skullcrus ... tripe.html

Thanks

I have Skullcrushers. 20-20k hz works just fine costs like 60 bucks. Uses 1 AA battery. Get your favorite brand of batteries in rechargeable. I prefer Energizer rechargeable they last many days typically and sustain deep bass.

There you go. All that you need to know.
BTW, no headphones are perfect for this you just gotta get some that are stereo from 20-20k hz.
Doesn't matter if their 20 bucks or 400 bucks go by what you can afford in 20-20k hz. This information is provided on all HEADPHONES typically on the box.

I hate earbuds. I'm quite skeptical about their performance for anything. iPod headphones are just about the worst you could have. They're too loud and blow out way easily. Don't trust a speaker smaller than a dime that costs 5 or more bucks. Every time I get an iPod I throw the earbuds in a drawer as back ups and plug in my Skullcrushers.

Unless ear rape is like your thing or something. In which case by all means please shove those drum busters in your ear and crank it

From what you've posted about the Beats by Dre (like close to 200 bucks right?) and what I've heard from the actual headphones themselves at Best buy...

Beats are just as good or worse than Skullcrushers and cost twice as much on average. These pairs were new, too. Fresh out the box on the display /test stand.

I had a pair of beats in my hands at the best buy and I saw the pinstripe black skullcrushers, tried them, fell in love. Threw those damn Beats back on the shelf and told the sales rep to give me skullcrushers :-D

No offense to Beats just IMHO they are just as good if not worse than the skull crushers that cost less than half.

I know that you shouldn't waste time on the white ipod earphones for sure. Also Headphones are optimal over the in-ear speakers
