Tingling in my toes(think this is from lying there so long!) Felt drowsy afterwards.

First time nothing, listened to it again as i was in semi-meditation state. A few minutes pass and suddenly a orb like light passes from my right of my vision to the left then repeats. At around 55% the screaming noise starts. My heart goes into overdrive and now its as if the orbs start right up to me then fly away, feels like i am falling. Rip out headphones terrified.
Decided to go for another MJQH just now wasnt anywhere near as good this time. I lasted the whole thing but before the loud noise i swear i heard a child scream
My eyes felt like they were crying also. Thats about it.Thats so far give comments .
