Do Doses Differ?

So I currently have 5 doses. Alcohol, inspire, content, 5htp and opium. They all sounds exactly the same. Now, with the sample doses on the home page of I-doser, they all have a backbeat and some music and sound nothing like the dull hum and static sound. Do they differ between doses? Do some have music or are the samples just there to reel people in. Whats goin on here?

CD versions have background sound, but the free doses dont.

Neither do any of the application (.drg) files. Only way to get background music is one of the recreational simulations or other CDs.

But even though they sound the same, do they work?

It's different for everyone whether or not they work, but they don't actually sound the same, with lots of time you'll notice the differences, basically since you've only done em a few times you just hear the carrier tones, with time you can pick up the fact that the differences in the two tones and the pitches are usually different with each dose.
