arg!! what do i do

well for the last 2 nights the same thing has happned to me, i started a dose but then i fall asleep midway. i started at 12Am and today i started at 9:00pm and i still fell asleep.

each time was a different dose, Lusid Dream and Astral.


does anyone got any tips on how not to fall asleep :X

Hmmm, usually i only fall asleep on my side so laying facing upwards wont get me to sleep. You could try sitting up and doing it but it will require alot more concentration and relaxation.

thats why i was laying down, because sitting up made it alot harder and i got best effects laying down. well ima keep trying untill i can get it down without falling asleep
