so lets say you take 1 dose... HashQH. it finishes and you feel the effects. You take it again and what happens? do the effects last longer, or dose the Dose's effects increase?

No, because you are entraining your brain to the exact same frequency. It would be impossible to make it stronger through repeated listenings without the placebo effect (and placebo isn't a bad thing, just go for it. Don't let me let you down.).
