Issues with the MP3's

Some of my friends had tried this "program" and said that it had worked awesome for them. So I thought I should try it out. I decided to go big and just get all 3 MP3 packs. But right before I just tested out the samples, and noticed that the samples have a little music to them, but the MP3's that I have, do not have that music in the background... is that meant to be like that? Or did something go haywire...

the mp3 packs are supposed to have background music, and the drgs arent supposed to...pirate!

that i way i wouldnt of just wasted all my money...
should they still work?
