i'd like to know if when your in the astral plane you can see spirits that sorround you because i would like to try it and i get reeeeally scared with that stuff, i literaly freeze.

I cant promise that you'll see Spirits but it can happen ^^

Astral Projection will normally if its a real one , shoot at your with all our fears and nightmares one time you fought them they'll never come back.

yes, it is true. It doesn't always happen, but very often

I love being scared. Because it helps you overcome your fear. I used to be scared of the dark. I'm not now.

I have seen spirits around. I once tried to talk to one and we had a conversation about Astral Projecting. He was on the Astral plane aswell. He lived in America so...


Anyway, yeah, there are nightmares, and spirits, but life is full of scares and risks.

Did you experience this by the Astral Projection-dose in idoser? If so, it would be awesome if you developed this experience further.

I cannot actually remember because i use all three of the main ways (Lucid Dreaming, Meditation & Binaural) but i can tell you what happened if you want.

When i arrived on the Astral Plain, I was in my Room. Well, it was slightly distorted, and the door was on the wrong wall. (Never enter a door if it is in the wrong place because your brain will not handle it and throw you into new corridors and rooms that never actually are in your house, the key is to imagine the door where it should be). I flew out of my window and down to the street below.

Now, teleporting isn't my strong point, most of the time i try too hard and it forces me to awaken. Other times I simply just imagine i have The Subtle Knife and cut through the air into a new world. (From Philip Pullman's books).

This time i took out the knife that was safely in my pocket. I sliced cleanly through the air whispering New York to myself. Guess where the portal ended up.

So, I was standing ontop of the Statue of Liberty. It was alot smaller than you would think, then again i've never been to america so...

Anyway, I just sat down and looked across the whole city. Not sure how much time passed because you never know in the Astral Plain. I tried imagining i had a watch once but that didnt work because if you look away for a second the time would change completly.

Then the spirits came. If you've ever played second life, you'd know that when you teleport ingame, as the world loads other players would appear as white smoke before they are loaded. This is what happened. I saw these little clouds of smoke flying around that eventually materialized into people.

I called out to a few but they would usually just launch a spell at me. I'm good at defending myself with invisible shields. One guy came over though and started talking to me. Small talk.

Boy: Hello!
Me: Hi, i see you didnt launch a spell or something at me.
Boy: I've never met anyone on the Astral Plain before.

He had a strong american accent which was quite southern.

Me: I've seen a few, no one has ever talked to me before though.
Boy: My name is Ash, you?

That obviously wasn't his real name. My brain had made it up. I told him my full name which i wont print. After that we talked a bit. Then he said this.

Boy: Are you like a Dream Character or something?
Me: Pardon? I'm real dumbass.
Boy: No way dude.

He stared at me for a few seconds while i lost consentration, the scene distorted and changed. I was actually on the water surrounding New York. He had gone. I grew bored so i used the usual procedure of awakening.



There was some other stuff I can't remember. I only remember key parts. Was the boy anyone of you?

thats cool.. but i would never be able to do astral projection because i have no ways 2 protect myself while in one and dont know how 2 wake up.. ive been having a strangly high amount of lucid dreams lately.. ive been using Mindmaster... i have at least 2 per night & 2 days ago i had 5... im telling u this cause someone said lucid dreaming is related to astral projection on another topic.....

anyway can u give me some tips?

Hmm. Well, I have to admit Meditation is the best method for Astral Projection i'm afraid. BUT (and i mean big but) did you know that sitting cross-legged with your hands out isn't actually the only way to meditate? Infact, you use a similar method while listening to I-Doser. To meditate:

1. Sit or lay in a comfortable position.
2. Relax all your muscles going from your feet up saying to yourself "My feet are now relaxed. I cannot feel them. My legs are now relaxed...ect".
3. Start some heavy breathing and let your eyelids lay freely over your eyes.
4. As you breath out, imagine all your thoughts and emotions leaving too.
5. Start saying two words over and over in your head. I usually say "1,2,1,2,1,2..ect".
6. If you get distracted or your mind wanders just snap back to the two words without telling yourself off or agnolaging it.
7. Eventually you will feel this weird feeling that you are being pulled backwards out of your head and the room will slowly dissolve, this is the hardest part: Imagine a spiritual body somewhere near you, try and make yourself go into it.
8. 9 out of 10 it wont work and you'll have to start over, it's a hard process.
9. Use of Binaural beats or calm soothing music can help you alot.

I hope this helps. You also mentioned protection? When you lucid dream or Astral Project just imagine an invisible bubble around you that nothing can penetrate. There are some weird people traveling on the Astral plain.

Astral communication? Never been proven to be true or false. Try and get a friend to meet you and have a conversation.

Off Topic: How is you perspective on your REAL LIFE when you know that there is a world that is parallel to this world. Isn't it easy to go INSANE? Just wondering.... awesome though
