I've been listening to I-doser doses practically everyday for a couple of weeks now. They still have no effect.

I've already read these articles and practice these techniques every dose.

Every time I dose I'm lying down on my bed with some sort of eye covering. Most of the time I stare at a Hypnotic spiral to help me relax beforehand.
Try to concentrate pretty hard, sometimes my mind will stray but this is remedied pretty quickly. For most of the time I've been using some medium quality Phillips headphones.

However I've just bought a pair of Skullcandy Lowrider headphones as well as Skullcandy In-ear ear buds (there was a sale)
I've used the lowriders once but i felt no difference

I have been dosing on QHs and the free ones i got for joining
(Content, Alcohol, 5HTP, Inspire, Opium)

Is there no hope left or does anyone have a suggestion?
Some way to make those QHs worth the money?

you mind has to get used to the frequences, however monotone that is sorry that's all i can offter you. try listening to sleeping angel every night as you go to bed, so you can get as much exposure as possible, something like that.
