So I tried out of body before and it did nothing. I tried it again last night when I was starting to get pretty tired. All it did was make my body tingly and lose feeling. So like 30 mins later, I fall asleep and wake up a few hours later. When I go back to sleep, I had a lucid dream. Was it Out of Body that caused it? Or something else?

might have been placebo, bt since there are some related principles theres also a significant chance that the out of body helped it.
