Certain Circumstances where I-Doser doesnt work..

Hey, I'm a newbie, My friends at school tried it on my OWN Ipod and get the effects yet when I try it in a dark room it doesn't work.
HOWEVER, I have a cold and it's quite severe, Im thinking that either:
A) Colds block a certain neurial path to your brain which disallows I-Doser to properly function on a basis level.
B) My Cold is making it hard to control my breathing which therefore means it's distracting. Which means I can't get full effect or ANY effect whatsoever.
I just want to cross-reference if people whom have colds of such factors to make your breathing harsh that they do or do not get the effect of I-Dose

Like you said, youre a newbie. You cant really expect it to work in a single try, takes up to 10 tries, honestly.

It's just the fact that like 5 of my friends try it at school and get the effect on ther 1st try...
W/e I'm gonna give the "orgasm" one to these two girls Im just gonna watch what happens LOL.
Furthermore, mine were downloaded off limewire b/c apparently the I-Doser program doesn't run on Vista even with Compatability Mode and aDmin rights

Whoa Whoa... I just woke up... I was just on the computer playing a game then abrupbtly as I blinked I appeared in my bedroom. THE REALLY WEIRD THING IS, is that all this writing occurred not long ago.
I took "Lucid Dreams" and "Ecstacy" does it have such effects on you??? That when you blink you randomly appear in random places???
Im seriously sscared, am I sick or something, or is the program messing up due to the fact that I have a cold?

Sounds wont affect you differently because of a cold. Fact.
And no, I havent had these experiences with Lucid Dream of Ecstacy, but i had a sort of OOBE while listening to Lucid Dream once.
And as for trying it in school, dont bother, they either had placebos or are trying to look cool, not that placebos are bad, they can be kinda fun =D
But welcome to the i-doser forum!

Maybe if you said "listen to this, itll make you tired" or something instead of saying "it's virtual drugs" or something along those lines it wouldn't be "working" for all of them...
And im assuming theyve never done any real drugs because of this...
If youve done drugs then idoser wont blow you away much...

a cold can also effect it by messing with your eustation tubes in your ears, the reason being.
Your ears have these tubes and sinus pressure can cause them to close up some affecting your hearing. it also can mess with your equilibrium.

Steinz-: Yes, it does not affect the your hearing however contemplating what blackplague has mentioned then yes moreover it does on a sub-conscionsess level which may very well mean that it will not work correctly.
and as for them tryin' to be cool, I guess that's a viable point ya puttin there man.

Im sure it may have worked for my friend, once it worked 4 him everyone wanted some. LoL like everyone is asking me about I-Doser on msn now, baha I barely know anything about I-Doser
Gooble: So basically I gave them the mindset that it will work as if it is a drug, but Im thinking that b/c my friend tried and it worked for him, that maybe other people didn't do it properly BUT made it work anyway.
I've never done drugs and I never plan on doing such. and I HIGHLY doubt that any of my friends have done drugs
BlackPlague: I'm assuming that what you are saying is correct as it seems perfectly viable according to my knowledge of Gray's Anatomy.

Yeah, i was just guessing tho, since it seemed to me that a simple cold couldn't block your hearing x)

I-Doser runs just fine on Vista. You don't need to mess with the compatibility mode settings. Not sure about needing admin rights - probably just to install it.

Yeah, if you have a cold or sinus's the sinus pressure can be so severe that is closes up your eustation tubes in your ears.
it will make them feel like they have water in them or something.
if greatly affects your hearing.
so i would think a dose might not work as well in that condition.
I didn't mean just a simple cold though. I mean if you get a sinus infection along with it.

Well, it says that "Vista is not compatible with this program"
Thennnn, it says "Running this program in Compatibility Mode is impossible"
So either way the program won't work, tried twice then thought it doesnt work.

I have vista and it works on it just fine.
don't use the compatibility just install the latest build and run it normally. IF the UAC stops it just disable it.. it's a pain in the ass anyways.
