Hello, i have a problem, when i try to open the program i see an error window, then if i press OK, the program runs but the volume is set to 0 and i can't change it.
The window says:

Could not get volume control settings

Error number: 1025
Error description: mixerGetLineControls() failed..
Error source: .

i use an external sound device that i use for my vocal music recordings and i know that if i change the volume using the windows built-in volume controller nothing changes.... maybe i should try to use another sound device when i run the software?
