Tried everything

Hey i-Dosers,
My friend told me about i-Doser in study hall a few weeks ago and I decided to try it out. I got a few doses and tried them out, however, I can't get any of them to work.
I've read many tutorials and "how-to's" but I still can't get them to work. I have used the computer program and my friend's iPod. What I do is I switch off the lights, put on my headphones (I have two different ones, Ipod phones and the kind that clip over your ear, but I don't have any cover ear headphones
) play the dose, and relax. I've tried sitting down and laying down, but nothing.
I can say that the first time I tried orgasm, my eyes starting fluttering and I started gasping, but I shut it off to tell my friend about it and never got it to work again.
The only problems I can think of are low quality headphones and lack of concentration. I have a small diagnosis of ADHD and my mind is always wandering and its hard to concentrate on things like nothing or counting backwards.
K, I've been as thorough as I can. If you can offer some suggestions or solutions that would be fantastic. All my friends say they've been tripped or something so I know its possible, I just have to do it right. Thanks again.
