little question about doses

Is it normal that they have a lot of pauses ? something like disrputions. I'm listening to Content and that dose is full of them, is that like how it should it ?
I should be a continuous ever changing tone with white noise and what seems to be miscellaneous noises hidden within. There's shouldn't ever be a pause.
You could try closing down any programs you have running simultaneously. If you still experience pauses, open your task manager (Alt+Ctrl+Del) and close any unnecessary programs that are taking up CPU %. If you're unsure about ending a task, leave it alone. However you can probably search up the necessity of the task on Google.
