So recently I bought the PC I-Doser program with the following doses:

Hash
Peyote
Content
Quick Happy
Insomniac
Orgasm
Alcohol

I was just wondering, since the forums don't really explain this quite clearly, what is the best proven method of getting the best experience? I know I have desired headphones, they're Sony Studio Monitor Stereo with 19Hz - 21KHz that I use for my guitar and amp. I was just wondering what the exact method is.

Like is it really as simple as just laying down with your eyes closed? All the times I've tried it these have worked pretty good but if there's an important step to maximizing my experience if someone could tell me the best way. In fact, what method did the testers use to maximize experience?

I've gone up and down these forums, so I know I got good headphones. So no need for calling me a newb fag that asks the same question as every other newb fag. This is an honest question.

Make sure nothing will distract you during the dose. Make sure the room is dimmed as possible. If you cannot, put a rag or something over your eyes. You need to concentrate on the beats. Some people use it as like a pulsating light in their mind. Others count backwards in their head.
Be relaxed and calm through the whole thing. Don't expect anything to happen but at the same time don't expect nothing to happen.

Actually that was very helpful! I never even thought to put a cloth over my eyes! That helps with the concentration. I'm gonna try it now with these tips. I really enjoy using this product, its really interesting.
