its 1 a clock at night in australia and im about to go to bes and i was thinking on taking a dose

any ideas?
ive tried some doses but i wasnt really doing them right so nothing happened
this is the first time ill actually do it right i guess
wat do i try and focus on ?

Focus on the ambient in the back of the frequency. Relax your muscles. Breath. Very similar to meditation. I might do a tutorial on how to meditate and clear your mind from thoughts, cuz it helps a lot with the doses.

Try Demerol. And focus on the background noise not the beats. Don't try hard to focus, just don't think of anything. Enjoy.
