falling asleep no matter which dose I try, is this why I haven't felt any effects from any of them?

I mean even the French Roast one gets me to doze off

Take the dose midday. Do something in your head to keep you awake ((as long as it isn't distracting from the dose))

I did, i tried black sunshine and counted down from 600 slowly. That kept me awake, but i took the blindfold off and i had no effects.

then that's you just not getting effects. keep trying at it, that's the right method, who knows how long it will take. just dont fall asleep.

Try doing it during the day when your wide awake. Just follow some of the tips you can find in the experience forums.

Make sure you are taking all the right steps.

Complete darkness
Completely comfortable
Dont move once listening
Clear your mind(zone out to one of the sounds or count backwards from 600 or so)
Also make sure you dont have your volume too loud.
