Binaural Forum

Ok i just registered to the forums here but i have experimenting with the free doses and other binaural beats. My question is, does the insomniac dose actually help you sleep? I would like to know because i have horrible problems with sleeping and would like to know if they could maybe help me out a little. Admin response would be great.

I Haven't tried it myself..But Knocking you out is what it's supposted to do

Didn't try Insomniac, but whenever i focus on Anesthesia i fall asleep.
