Im a noob to this whole thing, my friend just told me about it the other day and we just tryed last night, nothing really happened, felt very light, almost like hovering. But my question is do i do a dose before i go to bed, like sleep and have it going? Please help, i wanna have a lucid dream tonight!

If you really want a lucid dream, you should try to follow guides on the internet before you use a dose. The chance of getting a lucid dream just by using a dose is quite small, and the only way to really learn how to get lucid dreams is by training.
