Error

When downloading the Application it saves as ".efw" When trying to open it, it says can not open file it is unknown/damaged. I tried changing the .efw from read only and still got the same error. I re-downloaded winrar and no luck there either. Any help? It's probably something easy but I'm an idiot so go easy on me
