There has been an error loading the picture for the dosefile

When i try to load a dose, it gives me error.

2 possibilites,
1: Your trying to open an older drug file that isn't compatible.
2: Your using a pirated/fake drug file.

It can't be pirated, because it came along with the i-doser itself, which i downloaded from this website(or download.com).It was a default drug file ''Alcohol''.

I'm having the same problem. I'm running windows XP with all the newest updates. I have tried all the doses that come with registering and downloading, and none of them work. if I could get the program working properly, I might consider buying more doses.
