Need tip how to administer "Hand of God"

Hi I just bought the Hand of God DRG. and I have tried it and it freaked me out but somewhere in my head it is telling i did not get the full effect. Any tips on how to properly and most effective way to administer this one? Like count back from 1000 or something or think about god or something like that?

How exactly did it freak you out?

I started feeling extra paranoid, I did not see any visions though and my friend tried it and he saw some weird stuff, I was wondering if Hands of God works for everyone becuase I just felt the fear but no visions....

Best $200 I have ever spent but I am not sure I will try it again anytime soon It felt like torture and also what was the 2nd dose I ever tried and I did not brace myself....lol
I am in to the psycological stuff not like the meth drugs or anything like that I favor in spiritual, hallucinogenic, stimulant ans sleep.

idk, it hasn't worked for me, i just kinda got a wavy feeling in my head that went with the beat, but idk if that was cuz of the dose. My friend did it and he said he went to sleep. also said he went to sleep for GoH and that worked. you might try going to sleep?
