take a deep breath slowly and when ur done breathing out.. hold it for 3 secs.. (dont be a retard and hold it too long) then just pretend ur body is relaxing or "sinking" (while u hold ur breath)
:)

thanks

Hi
I have been having lucid dreams for years without binaural beats. I would say the program is not working or you are not suceptable to it or you are not doing it right. Other suggestions for achieving lucidity may work but obviously are not the point if you have bought and paid for this program.
I think you should persevere with the program for a while longer before saying it does not work.

lucid dreaming is not easy to do. This is actually a skill some people have to learn in able to do it. Some people are born with this ability too. But beats like this on idoser, imo, won't work as well as learning how to lucid dream.
