First of all I have to excuse my bad english, it isn't my mother tongue.

Now, I never really believed that these would work, and so I found this MultipleOQH dose from YouTube, which i believed would suit perfectly for my first experience. And so I started playing the dose from my not-so-good headphones. I knew that you need good headphones, but I still tried.

I lied on my sofa, listening this weird noise. First, nothing happened, but then my body started trembling a bit, and I really was feeling kind of good. It was almost scary. I took the phones off for a little while, skipped a little further, and started listening again. Well, my body started trembling a bit again, and I got too scared to continue.

Then the problems began. I started to panic, and felt a little depressed, my head hurt a bit. I swore that I'd never use another dose again. I tried to get some sleep, but this feeling bothered me, so I downloaded 'reset' dose, and listened it a bit. I can't tell if it helped, but I sleeped a bit that night.

Next morning I noticed somekind of pressure in my head. In occiput exactly. It felt kind of electric or so. Mostly pressure. I got a headache on that day too.

Now it's been a week since I listened that dose, and I still feel the pressure in my head. I'm 16 year old male, and my holiday is now over, so I had to go to school. I couldn't concentrate much because of the pressure which keeps bothering me.

So please. Help me to get over this. I'm really scared that this isn't going to end, and that I might lose my mind or something. Please.

I would also like to know, should I try 'reset' dose again.

I think its all in your head.

No dose would do that to you. It could just be a common head ache because of the changing seasons (hot to cold weather will give people head aches and until your body is used to it, it can last about a week or so), or you are getting a cold or have some kind of sinus infection. It you know it's none of those, then it is all in your head.

It's not a real headache, only somekind of weird pressure. But yes, everybody is saying that it's all in my head, and I would like to believe that. No headache could last this long, and it came right after the dose. So it's because of the dose, or really just my head playing tricks. I'm still a little scared of this, what if it doesn't go away...

i wouldnt trust binaural beats from youtube... try reset 3 times.. if that dont work try anti-migrane 2 times.. and if that dont work try some anti-depressant doses.. if that dont work practice meditation... if that dont work i would say it sucks to be you... or try isochronic beats.. just google it

Or maybe your ear pressure got messed up? If so, hold your nose with your fingers and exhale a bit. Of course the air won't be going anywhere outside since you're holding your nose, and you'll feel your ears "inflate". Then open your mouth really wide. You should be hearing better and equally now, and the pressure will be gone.

This ear pressure thing can also happen because of sudden movements or because of a cold. Actually i've never had it happen because of binaural beats or any kind of music, but maybe your body is different.

i've actually had my ears pop during a dose. but that just happens to me sometimes anyway. I fly a bit and have to do it when i fly. i also used to scuba dive every chance i got. i also busted my ear drum when i was younger. its become so natural for me to equalize pressure that it happens when im just swallowing air sometimes(you know, "gulping"). I would say its a combination of listening to it WAY TOO LOUD as most people do for some odd reason, listening to it on youtube(pirated dose almost zero chance it would work, maybe give you a headache though) and your own paranoia. and maybe a little bit of ear pressure. i would pop your ears and eat some wasabi, that'll clear out your sinuses and burn your mouth, so your brain will release endorphin to battle the pain haha

Gosh, I'm getting over it now. In fact I haven't felt any pressure lately. Now I'm almost sure it was just my own paranoia that messed my mind a bit. Thanks still, and have a good time with your doses. I won't try any dose ever again, even if they were completely safety.

Heh, now that I'm writing this, I can feel some pressure in my head. But I'm sure this is because I'm still a little bit scared. I'll forget it soon anyway.

deem..wtf...its the second post..when dood gets some sick effect...wtf is hapening?..is that really true?...well.. i havent got any of this..sick effects..but..eh..i donno .....its kinda...creepy...

I can ASSURE you that it didn't work if you didn't put &fmt at the end of the URL.
Only putting &fmt at the end of a URL in a YouTube video puts it in Stereo setting, and that's how Binaural beats work.
If you didn't do that, it Did not do a thing.

definitely never try real drugs. on top of going insnae and killing yourself, the DEA will show up at your door right away. Then even if you're not dead, you're in prison!! hahahahahahaha
