Hey guys ive had idoser for a few days now and have been experimenting mostly with Acid, Trip, and peyote. I have tried nitrous as well but i am yet to get any effects. I have no idea what im doing wrong ive read many guides on how to get doses to work. i dont have to much trouble even focusing on the beats. my room is dark im on my bed and ive tried listening to condition first because i heard it can help. I still have had no noticable effects. And ya i dont kno what i should do. i Heard it can take practise but ive read experiences of people feeling things within minutes of a dose and ive listened to trip 2 times ina row and ya i felt really relaxed and i think i was almost ina trance but i still didn't feel any effects. Any help would be appreciated, i love the idea of idoser but it's dissapointing that i can't get it to work after hours of dosing.

Just keep trying... Your brain may not be so susceptible to binaural beats as you hope. I didn't get any effects until my 15th dose and I didn't get strong effects every single time until my 70th or so dose (just an estimation)

alright well i heard that before it does take longer for others so i guess ill keep at it. But do u think i could practise with a dose while sleeping. Like set a does on repeat since i have the Mp3 while i sleep at night. Would my brain still be receptive to the binaural waves. I jsut want to speed up the process in any way, and was wondering if this would be a good way to train my brain, or even just listening to them during the day while browsing the web, reading, etc would this be helping me to be more susceptable to binaural waves or would i have to keep practising in a more meditational way.
