HOW DO I GET IT TO WORK????????????

Hey ive been trying this i - doser thing For over a month now!!! And it doesnt seem to work!!!.... At night when everyones asleep i get into bed choose a dose somtimes QH(What is that?) and listen to it But it doesnt work..on the back of the box of my headphones it says 20.000 hz...while i am listening what im i supposed to think??? am i supposed to count....1,2,3,4,5....or focus on the sound??? big grin ...when it is finished do i repeat it? do i get up walk and talk? or do i just lay there waiting for somthing to happen.... I meen some people say it doesnt work..others say it does...By the videos on youtube i am convinced it does but im doing it the wrong way... THX
