For those of you who just can't get the hang of it...

Here is a small guide intended to make things easier for you people out there who just can't get those doses to work on you.
First of all, start by reading the other guides that tell about what conditions to use while experimenting a dose. Those are the basics. Once this is done, you can move on.
To be able to have a dose working on you, you must be able to empty your mind. Other guides have shown you several personal methods that you can choose from. I will show you how to do it with meditation derived from yoga. I have shortened it and modified it to fit well with the I-Doser application. Here we go.
1. Start by breathing in deep, slow breaths. You have to have your STOMACH moving up and down instead of your thorax. This lowers the heart-rate, relaxes the muscles and focuses the mind.
2. Stretch before you lie down. This relaxes the muscles and tendons furthermore and allows you to lie more comfortably.
3. Focus on your breath. Can't get that annoying voice of yours out of your mind? Really concentrate on your breath to shut it up.
4. Practice during the day. Try slowing your breath down during classes or meetings. This is a wonderful way to improve your meditation habits.
5. Do NOT move. Even the slightest movement can break your concentration.
6. Do NOT stress. Try not to get angry at yourself if it does not work. You will get it over time
Using your third eye.
This is a special technique used in meditation that is not always that easy to catch. This you do after you have concentrated on your breath and shut the voice in your mind. What you have to do, is to imagine a point on which to focus on in front of you (on the ceiling if you are lying down). You have to stare at this spot, but not with your eyes (which are closed). It has to be with your fore-head. Imagine having a third-eye in the middle of your forehead with which you can see through.
All this takes some practice to get the hang of, so I suggest you practice without using I-Doser first.
If you want to learn the REAL way to meditate, you can search the web for a more complete guide to meditating. Have fun!
