Doses put me to sleep -.-

According to what I've read on these forums, the best way to make a dose work is to lie down, shut the lights, close your eyes (or blindfold them), lie still, and clear your mind. Well, every time I do that I just end up falling asleep. I have to consciously try to focus on the beats or on counting backwards to keep from falling asleep, and whenever I do that the dose doesn't have an effect. In fact, aside from dizziness and headaches, no dose has had a real effect on me. (I've tried Crack, LSD, Peyote, Marijuana, White Crosses, and Opium.) Suggestions?

a lot of times the doses put me to sleep as well. depending on how tired i am when i start the dose and what kind of dose it is i'll have varied reactions. sometimes the dose will put me to sleep but i'll wake up a few minutes later and feel the effects of the dose. sometimes i'll fall asleep and have extremely vivid dreams. sometimes i won't fall asleep at all and then get some good effects. One time i fell asleep during the crystal meth dose. I woke up a few minutes after the dose finished and i was very fucked up. I was in a bad mood before i put the dose on and crystal meth definitely delivered with a sense of frantic dysphoria. DO NOT do a stimulant type dose when you're in a bad mood, better yet don't do any dose when you're in a bad mood. But seriously if you always fall asleep when you do a dose, try doing a dose in the middle of the day when you are NOT TIRED. I've had some of my strongest effects in the middle of the day. keep experimenting and you will find something that works.

long sleep

hi, yesterday i tried i doser for the first time. i was looking for something quick cause i had to woke up at a specific time the next day cause i was going to have an exam. anyway i reached to the conclusion that i really had to listen to the hole thing in order for it to work (i was just randomly trying to hear a little bit of the beginning the free doses at first). i tried the "content" dose, and i fell asleep. Although i can't really remember right now i had some crazy dreams and for some reason i had some troubles waking up and i barely made in time to the exam. i stayed kind of "dizzy" (not sure if thats the expression i'm looking for) for about 2 hours. Of course that was the time of the exam and the fact that i hadn't had time to take a coffee might have something to do with it (the dizziness i mean) but what i wanted to know it is it suppose to generate heavy sleeping and if is there any tricks so i do not fall a sleep during the dose (of if i'm supposed to...).

Thanks 8)

They do work sometimes when you fall asleep.

What i do to stay awake, is i keep a sort of stern look on my face when i'm listening and the thing that helps me focus on the music is keeping focus on my eyes, when i'm focusing on my eyes, i trance out and the music becomes main focus, and when you're tranced you don't fall asleep.
