what are good starting doses?

I want to start doing this the right way i dont want to do the bigger ones before. Im not sure if it matters just i want to know.

Marijuanas a good one. it wont freak you out like some of the other ones do

Try french roast or quick happy.

They're not too long and have minimum effects. But if you take a longer one, your brain will get used to it faster.
