Will orgasm work after a real orgasm?

Hi, I'm new to I-doser and I have a quick question. If you have a real orgasm and then 10-30 minutes later take the orgasm dose (either the quick hit or the full one) will it work and if it does will it feel as good if you haven't had a real one in a while? Thanks in advance for the help!
