Pure doses?

I'm interested in using the beta dose to help me focus while doing my homework, but I'm confused as to how the pure doses work.

With other doses I know that you would relax, listen to the dose, and you will have an effect when it's over.

But with the pure doses such as beta, should I do my work while listening to the dose, or listen to the dose then do the work? Thanks in advance.

It's kinda hard to concentrate to the dose if you work the same time, so listen it before you start

Yeah, the methodology of how to dose isn't different with the pure ones. Just lay back, relax, clear your mind and listen, and the dose will get you into beta wavelengths. Then you'll be good to go.
