hey everyone I just recently have discovered this awesome tool and would like to use it for lucid dreaming and astral projection. the past two nights i laid in my bed and played it thru my iPod, but as i listened to it, I ended up falling asleep haha, then i would wake up with some other dosage track playing got a bit frustrating, since last night I tried to focus on staying awake but it knocked me right out hahaha.

so i am just wondering in what is the prime spot to listen to this dose, without possibly falling asleep, thanks!

Lay in a relaxing position which you dont usually fall asleep in. I cannot fall asleep when laying on my back, i have to be on my side. If you fall asleep any position then I don't know...

so tonite gloves off, going to just sit up in my bed against the wall and listen to it, should work then

You do realise you are meant to go to sleep AFTER the dose right?

Well last night was the first night I was awake for the whole dose, then right when the dose was done, put my ipod away and went right to sleep...but didn't get anything really big, only like right away where it felt like i was in this white room walking around, but nothing after that.

and yes i do realize you have to go to sleep after the dose. my problem was that i fell asleep DURING the time i was taking the dose, where it says to go to sleep AFTER the dose, so that was the problem i was having. but yea...no lucid dreams, but will keep trying, maybe try the astral one or something
